Adler Yankee Axe 1600g Red is a professional felling axe, made in Germany by the family-owned company Adler, which has more than 100 years of history in forging tools. This model is inspired by the classic American "Yankee" design, the “American felling axe”, which features a broader and heavier head compared to traditional German axes.
Features
High-quality steel: The head is forged from C60 carbon steel with a hardness of 47-55 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and wear resistance.
Ergonomic handle: Made from American Hickory – a wood known for its strength and excellent shock-absorbing properties.
Protection and grip: The handle is painted with water-based paint in red and black, with the black section featuring a non-slip texture for a more secure grip even in wet conditions.
Safety: The head is double-secured with a wooden wedge and 2 round metal rings for maximum safety during use.
