How to Buy

Stayaliveshop.com provides every visitor with clearly structured and well-organized information about the products of the brands we represent. The pricing and delivery terms of the products displayed in the store are preferential, with the aim of promoting e-commerce in Bulgaria. The ordering, payment, and delivery process is easy to follow, offering the customer a choice of payment method, delivery time, and place of receipt. Every shipment is insured for its full value at the expense of Stayaliveshop.com.

You can pay using one of the following methods*:

  • Directly to the courier upon delivery – Cash on Delivery (Postal Money Transfer) – The total amount payable is the price of all goods (cart) plus BGN 6.00 delivery fee to any location within Bulgaria.
  • IMPORTANT: The document issued by the courier after payment via cash on delivery is your receipt/payment document. Keep it, as it must be attached to the invoice included in the shipment.
  • Bank transfer – The total amount payable is the price of all goods (cart) plus BGN 6.00 delivery fee to any location within Bulgaria. The goods are delivered within two working days after the amount has been received in our account:

* For purchases over BGN 100, delivery via "SPEEDY" courier is free of charge. If the customer chooses another courier, the service is paid according to the respective company’s тариф.
 

How to order?

 

1.      From the product page with full information, click the “Buy Now” button. The product is added to the “cart” and the customer is redirected to the cart page.

 

2.      From the cart page, the customer can add more quantities of the same product (“update” button) or remove it (“delete” button).

 

3.      From the cart page, the customer can return to the site to add more products or proceed to checkout (“pay” button).

 

4.      On the checkout page, the customer must fill in accurate and complete recipient details, delivery address, phone number, and email. If additional information is needed or the customer wants to send a message to Stayaliveshop.com, the “Additional Information” field can be used. All fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. The customer selects a preferred payment method and confirms agreement with the general terms and conditions. If the customer does not agree, the order cannot be processed.

5.      After completing the information and clicking “continue”, the system records the order and generates a unique order number. It is recommended that the customer keeps this number. If bank transfer is selected, the customer must complete the payment (bank transfer fees are at the customer’s expense). If cash on delivery is selected, a Stayaliveshop.com representative will contact the customer to confirm the order. After confirmation or receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered within two working days via SPEEDY couriers.

Orders placed after 16:00 are processed and shipped on the next working day.

If you require an invoice, please send your details to office@stayaliveshop.com or contact us immediately after payment. The invoice will be sent with the goods.

INSURANCE
Every shipment is insured for its full value at the expense of Stayaliveshop.com.

 

Delivery outside Bulgaria

If requested, Kadko Ltd. delivers products ordered from Stayaliveshop.com outside Bulgaria. We will contact you to inform you about the delivery methods and cost, after which we will wait for your confirmation. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and courier company. You will be informed by email about the delivery cost, time, and any additional export charges, after which your confirmation will be required. For international deliveries, payment must be made 100% in advance.

Return of goods

In this section, we inform you how and under what conditions you can return purchased goods.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision with a clear statement. You may complete and submit the standard withdrawal form (Appendix 1 to the General Terms) electronically by sending it to office@stayaliveshop.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once we receive your request, we will send confirmation by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the expiry of the 14-day period.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from a delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. With your consent, we may transfer the amount to your bank account without any additional cost.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Please return the goods to: Varna, 9000, 4 "Bitolya" Street, StayAliveShop, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you do not arrange the return at your own expense, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.

When returning goods, you must comply with the following conditions:
1. The product must be in its original condition and quality, with original packaging and label preserved (packaging is not considered damaged if opened only to access the product).
2. The product must show no signs of use (tearing, scratching, breakage, or other damage), nor any damage caused by improper use.
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

You have the right to refuse delivery of the ordered goods if:
1. The delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the order.
2. The price charged does not match the amount due.
3. There is a discrepancy between ordered and delivered goods that could not be identified at the time of delivery.

In such cases, the return costs are at our expense.

If any of the above conditions are not met, your claim (replacement request) will not be processed.
