The Valor features a 5.5-inch blade that is highly resistant to corrosion or staining. Thanks to the premium properties of ProCut and Dawson's special heat treatment, Dawson blades stay sharp up to twice as long as other premium steels. The American-made G10 handle scales feature Dawson's signature topographic texture for comfortable use without hot spots and a superior grip. The deep finger choil behind the guard and the specially contoured handle help keep your hand where it belongs. It also features a dedicated lanyard hole in the handle.

The Valor is made from the latest advancement in modern metallurgy - rugged 3/16" Pop's ProCut steel. ProCut is the latest durable, sharp, and impact-tolerant invention from Dr. Larrin Thomas, the brilliant mind behind CPM-MagnaCut. ProCut competes with MagnaCut in field and durability testing, not only performing exceptionally where it matters most, but also demonstrating outstanding impact resistance, lateral strength, edge sharpness, and edge retention.
