Since 1997, Randall's Adventure & Training has been designing practical and affordable field knives specifically aimed at the military, law enforcement, and the special operations community. Many of their knives are in service with combat units around the world.
ESEE-6 is a wilderness survival and tactical knife that may be one of the best all-purpose fixed blade knives on the market. With a blade thickness of 0.1875", it is the perfect combination of strength and cutting efficiency, all in a very sleek package. If you had to choose just one fixed blade, then the ESEE-6 is the one for you! These knives are made from 1095 high carbon steel. While 1095 is an excellent choice for professional cutlery intended for hard use, it will rust and patina if not properly maintained - especially on the cutting edge and around the laser engraving. It is the user's responsibility to keep the blades properly lubricated and clean. We recommend using a dry film rust inhibitor such as TUF-GLIDE or TUF-CLOTH. The handles are made of Micarta for durability and water resistance. The knife features a Full Tang construction, with a lanyard hole and finger guard. The knife comes with a molded plastic sheath, attachment clip, paracord lanyard, and Cord lock.
