The Extrema Ratio Mamba is a slim fixed blade knife with a distinctive tanto shape. The Mamba is named after the famous mamba snakes found mainly in Africa. Just like its namesake, the Mamba is sleek and slender. And dangerous too. The blade is made from Böhler N690 stainless steel. This steel retains its sharpness well and is also easy to sharpen. The blade has a tanto profile, a pointed shape that is especially effective for piercing. On each side there is a fuller to save even more weight and thus improve the overall balance. The handle is made of durable Forprene plastic. It feels comfortable in hand, even after prolonged use. 

But the Mamba’s main asset is its sheath. It is optimized for carry on a MOLLE system. It fits into the webbing and has two clips that you can use to secure it between those loops. Of course, you can also use these clips to simply carry the knife on your belt or bag. The Extrema Ratio sheath also has a snap-lock system, so you can even carry it upside down. Even in the most extreme conditions, this locking system keeps the knife securely in the sheath. This provides great peace of mind in situations where you need to rely on your knife.
