Kiridashi is a traditional Japanese general-purpose knife, carried in kimono sleeves by both samurai and ordinary peasants. It is used by everyone in Japan, from children to master knifemakers. In many ways, it is the equivalent of the Western EDC knife.
Ultra-thin, with a thickness of just 2 mm, featuring a cap that covers the 50 mm steel blade and a brass handle.
