The Samura Harakiri knife series features a thin blade made of AUS-8 stainless steel. These are comfortable and lightweight knives with double-sided sharpening and partial serration. The handles are made of ABS plastic. We recommend cleaning the knives by hand using non-abrasive materials and drying them thoroughly. They are not dishwasher safe.
