Professional work headlamp, two operating modes

The PIXA 2 headlamp by Petzl features a combined beam, designed for work that requires close-range lighting and movement within the work area.

• The headlamp keeps your hands free so you can work unhindered. It can be worn on the head using the elastic headband, attached to a helmet, or placed on the ground.
• Mounting plate for attaching to a helmet without the headband (included with the headlamp).
- Two operating modes:
- mode adapted for close-range work: a wide, even beam illuminating up to 20 meters for 12 hours (30 lumens),
- mode adapted for walking: a combined beam with light focused at the end of the beam, allowing free movement, illuminating up to 30 meters for 6 hours (40 lumens).
• Constant lighting, illumination performance does not decrease throughout the stated operating time, even as the batteries run down.
• "Reserve" lighting that switches on when the batteries are nearly depleted: illuminates up to 10 meters for at least 10 hours.
• The headlamp is easy to use even with gloves:
- rotary selector button for choosing between the two modes,
- the lamp body can be directed toward the desired lighting angle (tilts up to 45°),
- quick and easy battery replacement.
• Very durable headlamp:
- exceptional resistance to drops (from two meters), impacts, and compression (80 kg),
- storage position to protect the lens and prevent accidental activation.
• Comfortable adjustable elastic headband, easy to remove for washing.
• Battery charge indicator with flashing light.
• Waterproof to -1 m for 30 minutes (IP 67), no maintenance required after immersion in water.
• Operates on 2 AA/LR6 batteries (included), compatible with alkaline batteries, rechargeable Ni-MH and Ni-Cd batteries, and lithium batteries.
