Julio Diez is the creator and sole owner of Diez Knives. Originally from San Francisco, California, he worked in the woodworking industry for 13 years before entering the world of knives in 2010. His hobbies are mainly centered around his love of and interest in survival and outdoor activities. His interest in making gear led him to design and produce knife sheaths for right-handed users and left-handed users like himself. After much trial and error, Julio successfully made his first sheath and began selling it online. Over time, interest in his work started to grow. He then decided to officially establish his company under its original name, „The 710 Custom Sheaths,“ in early 2011. His skills continued to grow, and a few years later Julio made his first knife. The name of his company was later changed to „Diez Knives“ in 2018 to reflect the wide range of products he offers. He now specializes in all kinds of knives, handles, and sheaths. Each piece is crafted with care, creativity, and precision, which is clearly reflected in the beautiful workmanship.
