Mycoal Insole Warmers provide a huge amount of heat for at least 5 hours! The insole works well in a wide variety of closed footwear, keeping your toes warm for a minimum of five hours. Keep in mind that shoes made from mesh fabrics or with vents may allow too much air to circulate, causing them to run very hot for a shorter period of time!
