The Traverse Survival Kit covers four essential areas: 
- Water purification (2 purification tablets + 1 liter sterile bag)
- Shelter (protective emergency foil blanket, 142 x 213 cm)
- Fire (windproof and waterproof Spark lighter + tinder)
- Signaling (signal whistle)
Additionally, the kit includes a safety pin, adhesive tape  and instructions.
All of this is packed into a compact protective metal tin with clasps, measuring: 158 x 101 x 38 mm.
