The Cold Steel Demko Java Push Dagger is a formidable fixed-blade tactical tool, designed in collaboration with renowned knifemaker Andrew Demko. This push dagger (fist dagger) is a highly effective, uncompromising self-defense weapon, created for superior control and devastating effectiveness. The knife is built around a massive 6-inch blade with the highly distinctive wavy “Kris” profile. This unique blade shape enhances cutting performance and delivers deep, powerful penetration, making it an exceptionally effective tactical self-defense tool. The blade is precision-crafted from durable SK-5 carbon steel — a high-carbon tool steel valued for its toughness and durability. It is finished with a smooth, non-reflective black powder coating for added corrosion protection and concealment. The blade features a hollow grind to achieve thin, exceptionally sharp cutting edges, maximizing its cutting ability. The compact 2.5-inch handle is made from premium textured black linen Micarta — a material known for its durability and ability to provide a secure, non-slip grip, even in wet or high-stress conditions. The push dagger design fits naturally in the palm, ensuring excellent retention and precise, controlled movements. With an overall length of 22 cm and a solid weight of 289 grams, the Java strikes a balance between formidable presence and good maneuverability. For safe and convenient carry, the knife includes a durable Secure-Ex sheath. The Cold Steel Demko Java Push Dagger is a powerful statement of tactical excellence and pure practicality.
