Esee Imlay Rescue Knife
The Esee Imlay Rescue Knife is based on the legendary Izula® model and is designed to be attached to a PFD, harness, or belt. The knife takes its name from the well-known technical canyon in Zion National Park.
Developed by the Esee team as a rescue knife, it features a blunt tip for safe work around tensioned ropes or during rescue operations, a serrated blade for cutting rope, a skeletonized construction to reduce size and weight, and 440C steel for use in wet environments and longer edge retention.
The sheath includes Esee's specially designed secondary retention strap and allows attachment in multiple positions. The retention strap is intended to remain on the knife during use and has a long tail for easier handling with gloves.
The Imlay system includes the knife, sheath, clip, secondary retention device, and paracord.
