SPYDERCO CENTOFANTE III
Spyderco Centofante III C66PBK3
ASPC66PBK3
If you move in custom knifemaking circles and/or attend knife shows, you have certainly heard of Frank Centofante. In addition to being a renowned and longtime custom knifemaker, Frank is a former president of the Knifemakers' Guild, a strong voice in the cutlery world, and a respected and admired craftsman. Collaborating with him on knife designs is something Spyderco has been fortunate to do several times. Their latest offering is the Centofante3 gentleman’s folder.
Centofante3 features a slim-profile, lightweight FRN handle. Two channels are molded into the handle for improved grip, and Spyderco’s palladium silver bug is inlaid into its surface. For added safety and convenience, the back lock is positioned midway along the spine and the David Boye dent is cut into the lock bar. The VG-10 blade has a hollow-grind edge and thumb jimping on the spine to provide stability during cutting. Black steel pocket clip for tip-up/tip-down, right-hand carry.
