Born from the pursuit of continuous improvement of the model, the new Pro series takes the survival knife concept to unimaginable new heights of quality.

Although at first glance a knife is a fairly simple thing - blade and handle - Fallkniven set themselves the task of improving even the smallest details. The main changes to the F1 Pro are related to the front part of the blade (the so-called false edge). Another major change is the laminated cobalt steel, which provides and maintains an exceptional cutting edge. The increased blade thickness has shown significantly higher strength in testing than the classic F1 model.

If the changes in the new F1 Pro were summarized as a specification, they would look like this:

The laminated VG10 steel has been replaced by laminated cobalt steel (Lam.CoS), which provides and maintains an exceptional cutting edge.

The blade is thicker, giving it higher resistance to twisting.

The tapered tang is wider and thicker, and therefore significantly stronger.

The cross guard is made of stainless steel and is permanently mounted to the tang.

The convex edge has been refined to improve cutting performance.

Stronger Zytel sheaths, improved MOLLE compatibility.

The set includes a Fallkniven DC4 sharpener and an impact- and waterproof case suitable for storing mobile phones, GPS, keys, documents, survival kits, and more.
