Zero Tolerance Sinkevich Framelock 0460TI
The 0460 is one of ZT's most popular knives. Originally, it featured a carbon fiber front handle scale and a titanium back, but on the 0460TI model everything is titanium.
Designed by Dmitry Sinkevich, the 0460TI is based on his Polychotky Jr. Like the original, it has a pronounced ergonomic handle curve that fits naturally into the hollow of the hand. The partial 3D machining adds dimension and improves grip.
The blade steel is CPM-20CV - for toughness and edge retention, without sacrificing wear resistance. Rich in niobium, vanadium, and chromium carbides, it enables a sharp, long-lasting edge. For a striking look, ZT gives the blade a two-tone finish: stonewash on the flats and satin on the cutting edge.
The knife opens with ZT's KVT ball-bearing system and flipper. The titanium Framelock is finished with a hardened steel lockbar insert for secure lockup and long-lasting use. The matte black anodized aluminum backspacer adds an attractive decorative touch. Finally, the black backspacer is complemented by a black reversible pocket clip.
