Always popular, the Gladius is still in demand nearly 2000 years later and remains one of the most commonly produced swords, so with this model Cold Steel offer a modern version of this ancient classic in a very affordable machete/sword format.

Made from 65Mn carbon steel and hand-sharpened to a deadly point and vicious edge, it delivers 19" of unmatched thrusting and cutting power at an affordable price.

With an exceptionally wide, classically inspired handle built on a Full Tang construction, it features the traditional guard and ball-shaped pommel of years past. Made from highly durable polypropylene, it is incredibly tough and also comes with a sturdy Cordura sheath and belt loop.
