BCB Shark Repellent
BCB Shark Repellent contains a chemical agent and thick black dye, which repels and disorients sharks. In U.S. Navy tests conducted in 1967, BCB Shark Repellent was the only product out of 24 to achieve complete success in repelling sharks.
Since then, BCB Shark Repellent has been used by navies worldwide.
When this pack comes into contact with water, the crystalline acetate produces a dense black cloud. The inner pack has a cord so it can be tied to the body. This NATO-approved product is widely used in life rafts and aircrew survival packs.
