The Spyderco Dragonfly 2 is now available with an ultra-corrosion-resistant H1 blade option, called the Dragonfly 2 Salt.
The Spyderco Dragonfly 2 is a compact and attractive pocket knife. The handle is made of FRN: fiberglass-reinforced nylon, which keeps the weight low while also being very strong.
Almost all knives made from so-called stainless steel are basically only corrosion resistant to a certain degree, some more and some less, but in the end all of them are prone to rust. This largely depends on the amount of carbon added to the steel, a substance you also need to ensure that the knife is and remains sharp.

However, there is a knife with a blade made from Japanese H1 steel, which is actually rustproof, even in seawater. The carbon element in this metal has largely been replaced with nitrogen, and the end result is an excellent knife, comparable to normal types of quality steel knives, that does not rust.

Of course, the other metal parts are also completely rustproof.
