Fallkniven C10 Ceramic Honing Rod
With this honing rod, Fallkniven introduce a new ceramic sharpening surface for kitchen knives - C10.
Tests have shown that it works exceptionally well with high-quality "chef’s knives".
Another advantage is that it has shock-absorbing and "anti-break" properties, meaning that if it is accidentally dropped from the table to the floor, it will most likely not break.
The surface hardness is 9 on the Mohs scale; for comparison, only diamond reaches 10.
