Spyderco C211TIP SpydieChef Titan
Spyderco C211TIP SpydieChef Titan
AC211TIP
Designed by renowned Polish knifemaker Marcin Slysz, the SpydieChef is an exceptionally refined folding knife that takes the user-friendly ergonomics and balance of a chef's knife and transforms them into a versatile everyday carry folder. A proud member of Spyderco’s Salt Series™ of ultra-corrosion-resistant knives, the SpydieChef features a gracefully curved blade crafted from LC200N. This state-of-the-art nitrogen-based alloy is exceptionally corrosion resistant and is actually used by NASA for ball bearings in space applications. The blade’s wide profile and full-flat grind create exceptional edge geometry that delivers precise, low-friction cutting.
To reduce weight, optimize balance, and simplify cleaning, the SpydieChef features an open-back handle constructed with two precision-machined solid titanium scales. The reverse-side scale houses a sturdy Reeve Integral Lock (RIL) mechanism that locks the blade securely open during use. For added security when working around water, the handle also includes a lined lanyard hole for easy attachment of safety cords and a reversible deep-carry wire clip.
An impressive synthesis of custom-quality craftsmanship and advanced corrosion-resistant materials, the SpydieChef offers extreme cutting performance that is immune even to the harshest environments.
