Spyderco Ikuchi
Spyderco Ikuchi
SC242CFP
Designed by Paul Alexander, a doctor of mechanical engineering and a lifelong knife enthusiast, the Ikuchi (a mythical Japanese sea creature) takes a radically different approach to the form and function of the pocket knife. Its elegantly curved handle is made with stainless steel liners and G10 and carbon fiber scales. When closed, the slim open-back handle profile fully houses the blade - except for a small textured section of the tang that serves as a flipper opener. With a flick of the index finger or thumb, the CPM-S30V stainless steel blade with a full-flat grind opens and locks securely via Spyderco's patented Compression Lock mechanism. The reversible deep-carry wire clip completes the package, providing discreet carry.
