The 40 × 40 micron pre-filter fits perfectly on wide-mouth one-liter water bottles and removes particles that can interfere with UV light in the water. The pre-filter is designed to be stored directly on a wide-mouth bottle, and the Steripen Classic 3TM fits perfectly into the filter. Simply insert the Steripen Classic 3 ™ into the filter opening, turn the bottle upside down, and gently shake to treat the water in the bottle.

Includes a neoprene storage pouch. Batteries are not included.
