The knives in the KC-950 series feature blades made from high-carbon stainless steel DSR-1K6, manufactured by DAIDO Steel Co., ltd. These blades deliver excellent performance, containing 0.6% carbon and a well-balanced composition with molybdenum.
The shiny blade surface with “TSUCHIME” coating allows food to release quickly from the blade. The handle has a traditional Japanese shape and looks great.
