Beautiful Damascus blade made of 17 layers of stainless Damascus steel, with a VG-10 cutting core that provides excellent edge retention, HRC 60 or higher. The uniquely shaped handle is integrated into the blade. The handle is made of stainless steel and provides a comfortable feel and good weight balance. This knife is made by craftsmen in SANJO City, Japan.
